Organizations with a good representation of Women on the Board of Directors are more likely to report 10% higher financial performance than its counterparts with all male or little women representation. Yet, women make up less than 25 percent of people working as AI specialists and even less in leadership roles related to AI. What can be done to increase the presence, participation and eminence of Women in the Field of AI?
