Dorit Zilbershot is the Head of the AI Product Management group at ServiceNow. At ServiceNow, Dorit leads the democratization of AI and is responsible for ServiceNow's intelligence experiences. Dorit joined ServiceNow following the acquisition of Attivio, where she served as the Chief Product Officer leading the Product and Engineering teams and delivering a market-leader Cognitive Search Engine. Dorit previously served as a Major in the Israeli Defense Force, leading the development of mission-critical systems. Dorit is passionate about advancing women in the workplace and is leading the ServiceNow Women of AI group. She holds an MPA from Harvard University, an M.Sc. in Medical Science from the University of Tel-Aviv, and a BA in Computer Science from the Technion.
