Jithin Pradeep is the Head of AI/ML Research for Vanguard and leads the fundamental research in the area of NLP, Speech processing, Generative AI, Knowledge Graph and Responsible AI. In his role Jithin is responsible for generating high end knowledge on innovative AI methods and convert that into high impact solutions for Vanguard, partner with universities and business sector to guide Vanguard’s AI strategy through early identification and shaping of technology with special focus on artificial intelligence and customer experience. He earned his master's degree in Applied Cognitive and Neuroscience from School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences-UT Dallas and a bachelor's degree in Computer science and Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
