Kamayini most recently served as the Global Head of Information Insights and Analytics as part of the Information and Technology organization at CSL Behring. She joined the company in May 2021 and was accountable for value creation from internal and external data assets and ecosystems enabling the company’s 2030 doubling revenue and digital transformation goals.

Prior to that she served in numerous data and analytics leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb including interim Chief Data Officer, the Global Head of Enterprise Data Lakes and Integrations, Head of Enterprise Information Strategy and Risk Management and the Global Data Protection Officer for the Company.  During the course of three and a half years she defined and managed BMS’s global IT capabilities for data engineering and middleware, co-led the execution of company’s digital health investments enabling faster drugs from discovery to patients.  Additionally, as a senior leader she was accountable for global privacy, governance, data quality and information strategy and architecture practices that created responsible and trusted data-driven innovation.
