Michael has 15 years experience with natural language understanding technology. He led self-service strategy and initiatives in the telco industry and has implemented and sold NLU enabled solutions for the last decade, including his current role at Uniphore.

He holds a BS from Mercer University and an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
