Nishitha Kambhaladinne is an associate director for Oncology Sales Analytics at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. In this role she is responsible for using data and insights to identify and drive the sales team towards the opportunities. Prior to this role she was part of the data science organization at Janssen Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for developing a statistical methodology to quantify the impact of the machine learning models used to deploy the sales force across 3 immunology brands. During her time at Janssen, she made significant contributions to several key projects including the expansion of a key opinion leader identification platform globally to include local language data, development of a novel NLP pipeline to identify medical device brands and models for patient retention. Nishitha has presented her work externally at the UC Berkeley TextXD conference and ODSC.
