Sai Sharanya Nalla is a Principal Data Scientist at Nike, New York, where she enjoys working in the intersection of AI and Fitness  She graduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Missouri University and has worked on Machine Learning problems in a wide range of industries, including finance, marketing & health care. She is an expert in building high throughput, scalable, and cost-effective MLOps having worked in AWS & American Express.

Sai is passionate about recruiting and professional development of women in the Data Science field. Sai has been actively supporting the next generation of young women at Rewriting the Code (RTC), AnitaB.org as a Data Science mentor by offering 1x1 sessions, hosting tech workshops, speaking at conferences and writing blogs.
