Ade Adedeji is Managing Director of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Advisory, Commercial Products at U.S. Bank, the nation's fifth-largest commercial bank. Ade leads the structuring of ESG financings across Loan Capital Markets, Trade Finance, Sponsor Finance, Asset Based Finance and Equipment Finance.  He is also broadly responsible for originating and executing ESG capital market solutions for Fixed Income & Capital Markets clients including CDFIs focused on affordable housing.  Before joining U.S. Bank, Ade was a senior marketer in BNP Paribas's New York City office where he was also named Sustainability Champion within the High Grade Finance business. Ade, who began his career at Morgan Stanley, has gained over 20 years of industry experience from other leading financial institutions. Ade earned his MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and completed his bachelor's degree in Finance at Clark Atlanta University where he was featured as a top graduating student at Georgia Business Schools. Ade lives in the Charlotte, NC suburban area with his wife and two children.  Since its inception in 2014, Ade has served on the Board of Touch Link, a 501c3 established to advocate for victims of domestic violence.
