2024's Challenge Statement

The world is rapidly evolving, and new technologies are reshaping industries. Fetch.ai challenges you to harness the power of AI Agents to solve real-world problems in sectors such as automotive, finance, and more. Your task is to apply Fetch.ai's intelligent agent-based technology to one of the following areas, addressing critical issues in sustainability, education, interactive media, or healthcare.

  • Sustainability: Design an AI Agent that optimizes energy efficiency in smart vehicles by analyzing driving patterns, vehicle health, and external factors like traffic and weather. The agent should securely share data to promote sustainable transportation networks and reduce environmental impact.

  • Education: Develop an AI Agent that personalizes educational content based on learning history while adhering to standardized curricula. The agent must securely manage educational data and adapt to different learning environments to improve outcomes.

  • Interactive Media: Create an AI Agent that curates user-generated content, filtering vast data to deliver personalized, credible recommendations for points of interest, like restaurants or attractions.

  • Healthcare: Innovate an AI Agent that assists in emergency situations by assessing conditions and securely sharing critical information with first responders while ensuring privacy.

Select one of these areas and demonstrate how your AI Agent can empower entrepreneurs and small businesses by optimizing operations, enhancing customer engagement, and securely managing financial data. Think creatively about how your AI solution can drive growth and efficiency for startups and scale-ups.

Ben Dias

“Hackathons are a great way to engage with a diverse group of very capable candidates who won’t generally apply directly to job advertisements. The AI Summit Hackathon was a great example of this, and it was great to have the opportunity to engage with the diverse group of participants.”
