Fueled by an unwavering passion for launching groundbreaking products and conceiving audacious award winning ideas, he rapidly ascended the ranks.
His Agency career pinnacle saw him become a Senior Partner and Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy, a testament to his strategic leadership and knack for driving business growth. But Bill’s ambitions didn’t stop there. Within the Ogilvy network, he co-founded Redworks, a revolutionary global content agency that swiftly became the fastest-growing division worldwide, with over 1,800 makers in 20 countries.
With expertise spanning brand building, media strategy, content operations, and creative excellence, Bill transitioned seamlessly into the heart of leading brands during his tenure as Chief Creative Officer at Madras, now known as Deloitte Digital Asia today.
But the journey didn’t end there. Bill then embarked on a thrilling adventure as the Chief Marketing Officer of MoneyLion, a rapidly ascending FinTech enterprise in the US. Under his guidance, the company expanded its membership base to a staggering 9 million and achieved the remarkable feat of going public on the NYSE in 2021.
In 2022 he was then appointed to Chief Marketing Officer of SharkNinja where he orchestrated large-scale product launches on a global stage and sucessfully launched a new beauty business which sparked a cultural phenonmenon in the industry. Making Shark the most searched and fastest growing beauty brand in 2022. In his current role, As Co-Ceo of Malka Media he oversees 180+ makers who are servicing the top brands in the world with creative strategy, film production, and a new adaptive content studio technology called Mfeed that generates, curates and publishes content into personalized brand feeds which are driving 15-20X revenue in app.
