Boshika Tara currently works as a Product Manager, Data Strategy and Governance in AI, Analytics and Data division at H&M Group and she also Chairs H&M's Enterprise Data Council. At H&M, she is driving Data and AI governance initiatives.

She previously worked at Capital One, Stanford Research and other tech start-ups, helping create AI/ML and data solutions.  Boshika attended Johns Hopkins University for Masters in Computational Sciences and California State University for a Bachelors in Molecular Biology and Genetics.
