Caroline Casey

General Manager, Customer Experience and Innovation, Moody’s Analytics

Caroline has over 20 years of international experience in the innovation and digital positions and is currently the General Manager of Customer Experience & Innovation for Moody’s Analytics. In her role at Moody’s, she oversees research and development in areas of emerging and evolving technology including quantum computing, generative artificial intelligence and blockchain.

Caroline has worked for some of the world’s biggest brands including Yahoo, CNN International, Warner Media, and most recently at Mastercard, holding senior management roles across the UK, Australia and Hong Kong.

Caroline also has a wealth of experience in the start-up ecosystem, having had her own startup and consulted to early-stage blockchain start-ups globally.
