Daniel McGinniss is Vice President of Product Management for Cisco Compute, responsible for developing innovative products and establishing new routes to market for Cisco’s multi-billion-dollar compute and SaaS infrastructure management portfolio, while driving new solutions and as-a-service offers with ecosystem partners in alignment with customers’ most critical business needs.  Danny has over 25 years of experience working for large enterprises, service providers and IT vendors, eventually joining Cisco in 2016. In that time, he’s gone from designing data center solutions on the customer side to leading world-class teams that build and deliver these solutions to market.  Staying in tune with the challenges and opportunities of a hybrid, multicloud world – and an increasingly AI-driven future - Danny and his team are focused on helping customers address their most critical needs by harnessing new, simplified operating models for infrastructure management and leveraging the latest tools for observability, automation, and orchestration across converged, hyperconverged, virtualized, and containerized environments.  Danny is a people-focused leader with a unique combination of technology expertise and go-to-market intelligence, known for his success leveraging the strengths of his team to deliver the best outcomes while unlocking new possibilities for customers and partners.
