Sarthak Dasadia, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished Senior Director of Data Science at ADP, a leading provider of Human Capital Management solutions. With a focus on client behavior and contact reduction initiatives, Sarthak leads the speech analytics team at ADP, utilizing his expertise in AI and ML to generate actionable insights and recommendations that drive cost savings and enhance client satisfaction.

Sarthak's data journey began with a prestigious research intern position at CERN, where he contributed to the groundbreaking Large Hadron Collider (LHC) project in Switzerland. This experience laid the foundation for his passion for data analysis and exploration. Building on this foundation, Sarthak pursued his Ph.D. at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), specializing in the study of mergers in galaxy clusters. During his research, he made significant contributions to the field by discovering one of the strongest shock waves in galaxy clusters, further solidifying his expertise in data-driven research and analysis.
