Jeff identifies what consumers want next by looking at the intersection between emerging technologies and shifts in their expectations. He has led the delivery for many firsts at TD including offering customer service on Facebook Messenger (first bank in the world to do so), exploring AI for creative development and positioning the brand in esports.  Previous to this role, Jeff spent almost 20 years in digital marketing and product strategy across ecommerce, startups and financial services.
