Jim Palmer is the VP of AI Engineering at Dialpad overseeing AI efforts. His teams manage custom speech recognition (ASR), natural language processing & understanding (NLP/NLU), Generative AI & LLMs as well as AI Engineering to power real-time AI features in all Dialpad products at scale. Jim was the Co-Founder and CTO of TalkIQ that was acquired by Dialpad in 2018 and has since built out the AI team and expertise.
