Kanika Narang
As an AI professional with over a decade of experience in research, development, and deployment of AI models, Kanika has specialized in various problem domains, including user behavior modeling, abuse detection, and recommendation systems. Currently, she serves as a Research Scientist at Meta Reality Labs, where her focus lies in advancing conversational AI for their in-house products. Her academic background includes a PhD from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), where she concentrated on building explainable and holistic user behavior models. Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to the AI field by publishing around 20 papers at major AI/ML conferences like ACL, SIGIR, and ICML, and also regularly reviews papers for these conferences.
