Since its founding Ken has been leading SmarTwin AI™, an AI for construction, digital twin and metaverse strategic advisory that serves top construction of sports stadiums, iconic venues, events and mixed-use buildings for GCs, owners and operators. With 23 years in 3D building information modeling space Ken has a deep understanding through BIM and digital twins of how to leverage AI automation, promote Sports facilities and their brands in the metaverse and Fortnite and to best impact the live event spaces industry.

Ken's goal is to help clients create and leverage AI-enabled metaverses and digital twins, which are 3D simulations of real estate portfolios existing or under construction that can enhance their revenue generation, performance, sustainability, and fan experience. Ken also employs when needed expertise on other services such as BIM, CAD, LiDAR, GeoMapping and AR/VR.
