Maria Cardow is the Technology and Innovation Leader for Aon's Cyber Solutions. For over 20 years she has focused on developing digital strategies or executing transformations at clients such as: Goldman Sachs, MSCI, Citadel, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and CIBC. Central to all of her roles is mentorship, education, and building motivated teams.  She is an active member in the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), a program to support women in cyber security, as well as a leader in multiple diversity groups within Aon and across the Insurance landscape.  She lives in Brooklyn with her family.
