Michelle oversees and manages all legal matters for Collibra, while also acting as Secretary to the Board. Prior to Collibra, Michelle served as General Counsel to the US business of Delta Galil Industries Ltd. (TLV: DELT), a global manufacturer and marketer of private label apparel with $1.3B in annual revenue. Michelle had a long tenure at IMAX Corporation, serving most recently as General Counsel and Secretary of IMAX China Holding Inc., where she co-led the successful $400M initial public offering of IMAX China (market cap: $1B+) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK). Before that she was an associate in the Capital Markets and M&A Groups at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School.
