Noriko is a 20-year veteran of some of Madison Avenue’s best known agencies where she led the development of advertising for everything from Fortune 100 multinationals to unicorns in the life sciences category that she helped to take public.
In 2018, Noriko decided to pursue her concept of growing early-stage startups and went independent. In addition to her role at red-dragonfly, she is a pitch judge and she runs a three-person, AI agency. Her post-graduate work includes a M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the London School of Economics, as well as certification in Design Thinking from MIT where she was one of three finalists in the program. A global citizen, Noriko has lived in Vietnam, Australia, Japan, the United Kingdom, and now calls New York home.
