He has 20+ years of risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial advisory consulting experience with an in depth knowledge of the banking, payments and fintech industries. Oz supports clients as an advisor to the Risk, Regulatory and Finance functional leaders on strategic risk management, regulatory compliance, data governance & protection and operational and technology modernization.

In addition, Oz leads Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory’s Trustworthy AI™ services where he routinely advises client leaders in risk, controls and governance structure considerations around design, development and use of Artificial Intelligence in a responsible and ethical manner. Oz works closely with Deloitte’s AI Institute and AI Center of Excellence supporting research, innovation, and assisting clients with a range of AI topics related to AI risk management, controls, responsibility, and ethics.​ Oz is a recognized leader and speaker in the areas of responsible and trustworthy development and use of artificial intelligence and cognitive technologies.​
