Sonia Farber is a Partner in Perkins Coie’s New York office. She advises innovative companies in the software as a service (SaaS), consumer tech, health tech, artificial intelligence (AI) and consumer packaged goods (CPG) spaces through critical phases of their lifecycles, from formation and launch through key milestones and exit. Sonia is recognized for her commercial and strategic approach to guiding founders and start-ups through critical inflection points as they scale, leveraging her experience as a former litigator and federal law clerk to advocate for her clients’ best interests. She also works closely with founders and their companies on day-to-day business matters, including board and governance issues and co-founder separations. Sonia regularly speaks and writes on topics that include venture law and women in the law. She is fluent in French and Spanish.
