Srini Kandala serves as the Head of AI, Technology and Online Business at Sears/Kmart ( Transformco ). He is also the Chairman of Sears India. Sears Deep Learning Center, which he founded and reports to him, develops AI based retail and Appliance repair specific products based on the vast historical datasets at Sears/Kmart. Prior to joining Sears, he held positions at Amazon as Head of Amazon Marketplace WebStores and Head of Amazon Payments.
