Susrutha Gongalla is an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with over eight years of experience in developing end-to-end machine learning models. She is currently a Principal Machine Learning Engineer in the recommender systems team at Stitch Fix, where she leads the optimization of the end-to-end model lifecycle stack. Her primary focus is on developing and improving the scoring model that generates purchase probabilities for clothing items. Prior to joining Stitch Fix, Susrutha worked as a tech lead at Intuit, where she led the development of recommender systems to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
