Thomas is the Author of “Cyber insurance: Market-Based Solutions and Legal Dynamics” published in CyberCrime & Security (Thomson Reuters, 2023). He is currently Vice President, Product & Partnerships at Aon Cyber Solutions. He is also an Advisor of Digital DNA Group, a digital forensics startup. Of equal interest to Thomas is facilitating trade and investment in Israeli security startup technology to the U.S. through his role as a Security Advisor for The Economic & Trade Department at the Embassy of Israel. Thomas has a background in law, security, and digital forensics. Previously, Thomas focused on Business Development for Cisco’s Security Business Group. He was also Head of Channel Sales for Cvent and worked as Counsel at UBS Investment Bank and Goldman Sachs.

Thomas graduated from Binghamton University with a BA, received a JD from the U.S.C. - Gould School of Law, and an MBA from N.Y.U. - Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He is admitted to the New York bar.
