As Chief innovation Officer at Live & Breathe for the last 6 years, I sit on the bridge between the art of marketing and the science of technology, analysing and implementing tech opps that can improve brand KPIs, or improve the capabilities and efficiencies of marketing operation teams.
It doesn't matter if it is Gen AI deployment, AI Avatars, Conversational AI or an Insight tools like #DataKinetics - it all needs to be brought back to basics. The tech needs to either help streamline marketing operations, or improve brand strategy and CX and - importantly - fit within CMS eco-systems neatly and with efficacy.
I have used tech to drive agency expansion and new capabilities at Live & Breathe, founded an AI Avatar business in 2017, The Virtual Influencer agency, developed tech tools such as the Influencer Match Tool in 2018 and built and scaled the the AI-based research product Data Kinetics. https://liveandbreathe.com/data-kinetics
My teams and I have developed award winning immersive internet activations, integrated Avatars and conversational AI into traditional CRM and powered CX through deep AI insight. Ive also been lucky enough to work with forward thinking global brands such as Nestle, Jaguar, Coke, BP, Carlsberg & Mastercard.
