Nicole Sales Giles is the VP and Director of Digital Art at Christie’s Auction House. With over 13 years in the art industry, she now oversees the global programming, strategy, and business development for technology-based contemporary art, including NFTs, AI art, and all digital art forms. In 2021, she was the business lead for the historic sale of Beeple’s 'Everydays: The First 5000 Days', the first purely digital artwork to be sold at a major auction house. In 2022, she spearheaded the launch of Christie’s 3.0, the first on-chain art platform for an auction house. Previously, Nicole led business management for the Private Sales and Online Sales divisions, and also focused on Client Strategy. Nicole holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Art History and Economics from Duke University. She lives in New York City with her husband and son.
