Richa Singh
Richa Singh serves as the Director of Data and AI at Lexington Partners, where she leads transformative initiatives to harness the potential of data and AI. Prior to this, Richa held several key roles at Goldman Sachs, including leading the AI Center of Excellence and managing the data team for Investment Banking Engineering. Beyond her technical expertise, Richa is a strong advocate for diversity in technology and has championed initiatives to support Women in Engineering.
Richa earned her master’s degree from Columbia University where she developed her expertise in Machine Learning. With over 15 years of experience, her expertise spans the entire data spectrum—from data engineering and data science to the forefront of Generative AI. Her work includes building robust data systems, developing machine learning models, and driving innovation in AI.
