Presently a partner at Loeb & Loeb's Advanced Media and Technology Practice Group based in New York supporting clients of every size with privacy, AI governance, and cybersecurity issues. Those issues range from addressing digital transformations, global e-commerce, digital marketing, incident response, and emerging technology matters such as responsible AI, and autonomous machine learning. I am a regular speaker and publisher and a recognized leader in these fields.

Before that, supported MetLife's Global Privacy Office by providing expert legal counsel as well as policy, regulatory, and compliance leadership on all data protection matters globally. Responsibilities included advising and counseling group and retail lines of business on privacy and data protection laws, and building a global information privacy program. Also led the Company’s legislative advocacy efforts on privacy initiatives impacting highly regulated entities around the world.

In 2011, awarded the Top Lawyer Under 40 Award by the Hispanic National Bar Association. That same year, also lectured at Oxford University’s Internet Institute on emerging Internet safety issues impacting children as part of a Fulbright Specialists grant awarded in 2008.
