  These exclusive passes are available at a reduced rate to those currently working or studying at an academic institution and attending the show in their academic capacity. You must use an academic email address to register and not be employed by any other organization at the time of registering.
   
• Start-Up
  
  We are delighted to welcome our diversely rich and ever-growing AI start-up community to the event and have created this reduced rate pass especially for you. To qualify for this pass you must work for a start-up with fewer than 50 employees.

We have a limited number of gratis passes available for charity workers. If you work for a registered charity, you can apply for a complimentary Delegate Pass by sending your registered charity number to aievents@informa.com. We will then send you a promotion code to use on your pass.

Yes, if you’re coming by car there’s off-site parking available within walking distance of the Javits Center. You can find more information and directions here.

There's no current plan for a virtual edition of the event, but the 2023 sessions are viewable for free on AI Business TV.

All attendees of The AI Summit New York must be over the age of 18.

Due to health & safety risks and licensing regulations, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted entry. 

We are happy for any of the photos on this page to be used for editorial purposes.

To qualify for a complimentary press pass you must be an active member of the press or analyst community, working for legitimate and suitable media outlets. This can be validated by providing The AI Summit with proof of recently published work.

Press passes will not be issued to non-editorial employees of media outlets, nor to marketing, advertising or public relations firms, consultants or advisors, market researchers, brand content producers, business development executives, or social media teams.

All press and media passes will be vetted prior to approval. If you feel you have been denied a press pass unfairly, please contact us providing examples of recently published work (from within the last six months).

A week before the event opens, we’ll send you a QR code that you need to show at the registration desk in exchange for your pass. If you don't receive an email with your QR code at the start of December, please reach out to our registration team: aievents@informa.com

Speaker submissions are not accepted on the general delegate email.

The Exhibitor Portal will be live before the end of September. All sponsors and exhibitors will receive an email prompting them to log in.

To cancel, change, or substitute your pass, please email aievents@informa.com

• You will receive a refund of your fees paid to Informa (if any): if you cancel your registration 28 days or more before the Event, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 10% of the total amount of your fees plus Tax (if any is applicable); or (ii) if you cancel your registration less than 28 days, but more than 14 days before the Event, subject to an administration charge equivalent to 50% of the total amount of your fees plus Tax (if any is applicable).
• Informa regrets that the full amount of your fee remains payable if your cancellation is 14 days or less before the event or if you fail to attend the event.

Substitutions with employees from your organization are welcome at any time before the event starts, but in all other respects delegate registrations are issued for your personal use only and cannot be shared with any person during the event.

Our parent company, Informa, runs 450 branded business-to-business events a year and has put in place a comprehensive range of enhanced standards that make the health and safety of everyone who attends The AI Summit a priority.

The Javits Center strives to make their facilities and services accessible to people with disabilities. The campus features sidewalk ramps and automatic doors at all street levels, as well as accessible restrooms and elevators. Motorized devices may be used by people with mobility impairments subject to reasonable safety restrictions. For questions and concerns regarding accessibility, please call their Security and Safety Solutions Department at (212) 216-2196 during operating hours or send an e-mail to our ADA Coordinator Geordie du Pont at gdupont@javitscenter.com.

The Javits Center offers mobility vehicles to assist visitors with navigating the convention center during events. These vehicles are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you would like to place an order for a mobility vehicle, please visit their online ordering system, Jake. In addition, a limited number of manually operated wheelchairs are available at no fee by visiting the Concierge Desk in the Crystal Palace off 11th Avenue. You will be required to leave a photo ID which will be returned when you return the wheelchair.

The Javits Center campus features sidewalk ramps, automatic doors at all street levels, restrooms and elevators accessible for persons with mobility impairments. If you have any questions, please contact our Command Center at 212-216-2196.

Service Animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome. Owners take full responsibility for their animals. Please contact the event you are attending or the Javits Center Security & Safety Solutions department before arriving if you have any questions.

No public parking is available on-site. A limited number of parking spaces may, however, occasionally be available for attendees with a valid Parking Permit for People with Disabilities issued by a government authority. The AI Summit New York is dedicated to providing a sustainable experience, from recycling initiatives to the use of renewable electricity. We also utilise digital signage to minimize one-off printing and encourage the exhibitors and sponsors to think about sustainability in their own procurement decisions. 

Our venue, The Javits Center, boasts an impressive nearly 7-acre green roof, making it one of the largest in the United States. This green oasis serves as a sanctuary for numerous local and migratory bird species, various bat species, and thousands of insects. Notably, the green roof has the capacity to absorb up to seven million gallons of stormwater runoff annually while simultaneously mitigating heat gain within the building.

In a remarkable display of eco-consciousness, The Javits Center began harvesting their own honey in 2017, yielding over 250 ounces from bee hives situated on the green roof. This honey, known as Jacob's Honey, is thoughtfully distributed in small jars to visitors, setting a pioneering example of sustainable bottled produce.

As an attendee, we encourage you to optimize your business travel by making the most of your time at the event. Instead of traveling to meet individual companies, consider arranging meetings with them all at The AI Summit New York. This not only streamlines your schedule but also contributes to cost savings and reduces your carbon footprint. Keep an eye out for your custom referral codes to facilitate these arrangements.

During the event, we kindly request that you bring a refillable water bottle to help minimize plastic waste. Please also be mindful of waste disposal by recycling, avoiding unnecessary food waste, and accepting only the giveaways or brochures that you genuinely need and intend to use. Together, we can make a positive impact on sustainability at the summit.

Don’t forget - you’re able to recycle your badge post-event, so please look out for bins when you are finished with yours!

We offer convenient onsite amenities, including a nursing room, a selection of healthy meal options, and frequent hydration breaks to cater to your well-being.
