His recent work includes authoring "Deterministic Runtime Enforcement: The Execution Authority for Autonomous AI Agents" (IEEE Access, 2026), serving as sole inventor on eight U.S. AI-governance patent applications, creating the open-source Gamma/G-0 runtime-governance architecture, contributing to NIST CAISI's AI 800-2, and holding the IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP) certification—positioning him among the leading voices shaping responsible, enterprise-scale AI governance.

He chairs the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society Study Group on Execution-Boundary Authorization for Autonomous and AI Systems (approved August 2026) and serves on the expert drafting team for CAN/DGSI 144, Governance Verification Systems, at Canada's Digital Governance Standards Institute.

Sharmin is an AI researcher and engineer with extensive experience building AI systems across enterprise GenAI, agentic AI, reinforcement learning, optimization, and healthcare, with a consistent focus on moving AI from prediction toward explainable, actionable decision-making at production scale.

Her recent work includes leading Amazon's Analytical Interpretability and Feedback Automation (AIFA) ecosystem, adopted across 30+ applications with roughly $560M in estimated savings; co-founding Gyrus, an open-source agentic framework recognized by the Confluent Accelerator Program; co-founding BlackWillow Research, a quantitative strategy outperforming the S&P 500; and holding multiple AI/ML patents alongside Amazon's Technology Innovator award—positioning her among the leading voices shaping applied, enterprise-scale AI innovation.

Elizabeth is a software engineer at Publicis Sapient who approaches technology through a human-centered lens, combining analytical and programming skills with a strong focus on how systems are actually used by the people they serve, paired with a collaborative, people-first working style.

Her recent work includes advancing Slingshot, Publicis Sapient's internal AI programming tool, where she established a rigorous benchmarking process against SWE-Bench-Live, stress-testing the agent and analyzing failures to drive an 11%+ improvement reflected on the public leaderboard, building on earlier full-stack experience across AWS deployment, frontend, backend, and architecture that positions her as an early-career technologist turning experimental AI into measurable engineering outcomes.

Matias is Director of Technology and Cybersecurity at the Municipality of Peñalolén, Chile, and founder of RakIA Labs. He leads AI strategy, innovation, and responsible AI governance initiatives, advancing the practical adoption of artificial intelligence in local government.

Shereen is a Data Product Owner at PepsiCo who works at the intersection of product strategy, data, and AI, translating business needs into impactful digital solutions across global and regional initiatives, including application based and AI driven products, while partnering closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Holding a Master's in Management of Technology from New York University and a finance and accounting foundation from the American University in Cairo, [she/he] bridges strategy and execution using SQL, PowerBI, data analysis, and agile frameworks, and serves as a Women Techmakers Ambassador mentoring others and creating content to inspire inclusive innovation in the AI and GenAI community.
