Chaz Giles
From bringing telemedicine and point of care diagnostics into rural India to simplifying access to early education, Chaz has been on all sides of innovation at Fortune 50 brands, Venture Capital, and as a startup founder. In 2019, Chaz left Estee Lauder Companies, to build Revea, the world’s first precision skincare company. Revea is democratizing dermatology with advanced diagnostics and AI that replace the traditional skincare trial and error with derm-level diagnostics and personalized clinical formulations accessible through a smartphone.
Prior to leading External Innovation at the Estee Lauder Companies, Chaz founded, MomTrusted, to solve a critical problem in early education and care. Prior to that, Chaz invested in early stage companies at CitiVentures after starting his career at Procter & Gamble, where he helped create one of P&G’s billion dollar brands.
Chaz was a military brat and grew up living across the U.S. before finally returning to the San Francisco Bay Area. Chaz actively invests in and advises startups and is fascinated by science, longevity, and holistic wellness spending his long commutes listening to super geeky podcasts. He’s published in the William & Mary Environmental Law and Policy Review and actively competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
