Dr. Tanvi Jayaraman
Dr. Tanvi Jayaraman, MD, is the Clinical Lead of Health AI at Oura, where she bridges medicine, artificial intelligence, and product strategy to advance responsible, trustworthy tools
for everyday health. Her work ensures that Oura’s guidance—whether member- or clinician-facing—meets rigorous clinical standards while remaining intuitive and human-centered.
Before joining Oura, Dr. Jayaraman helped global diagnostics and pharmaceutical clients scale AI from pilots to production while at Bain & Company, and previously contributed to Apple's clinical team and helped shape early concepts for next-generation digital health tools. She has advised digital-health startups on clinical, regulatory, and genAI product strategy. At Stanford School of Medicine, she served as Women’s Clinic Lead at the Arbor Free Clinic and was one of two inaugural fellows in Stanford Health Care’s Healthcare Leadership & Administration fellowship, partnering with the Office of the CEO on system-level initiatives.
Her academic work spans clinician well-being and value-added medical education. She co-founded and staffed the Stanford Front Line COVID-19 Consult Service, an evidence synthesis program that rapidly answered clinicians’ questions during the pandemic. Earlier, as a U.S. Fulbright Scholar in Calabria, Italy, Dr. Jayaraman investigated barriers to care for survivors of intimate partner violence—work that informs her patient-first approach to technology and health equity.
