Gail Mercer-MacKay is the founder and Chief Storyteller at Mercer-MacKay Digital Storytelling, a company dedicated to crafting exceptional content and closed-loop marketing campaigns for technology firms. Mercer-MacKay boasts a client roster that includes many of the world's leading technology companies. She was recognized as a top 100 Women in Cloud leader for building a marketing platform to help tech companies create storytelling assets faster and is now updating the platform with AI agents. Her agency was ranked by Forrester as one of the top agencies for partner channel marketing.
Gail's passion for mentoring have earned her the title of Mentor of the Year twice, awarded by the WIT Network at Microsoft Inspire and by IT Business Magazine in Canada. Her guiding philosophy is inspired by Zig Ziglar's quote: “You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”
Outside of her professional achievements, Gail enjoys kayaking, hiking, and traveling the globe with fellow adventure-minded women. She has twice traversed the country in her RV, camping by beaches and mountain trails while successfully running her business remotely.
