Graham Wilkinson is a transformative leader in the realm of artificial intelligence and innovation, currently serving as the Chief Innovation Officer and Global Head of Artificial Intelligence at Kinesso, a leading ad tech company. With over two decades of experience spanning across multiple continents and industries, Graham has earned a reputation as a complex problem solver and a decisive mobilizer, building and leading multidisciplinary teams that drive substantial product innovation and business growth.  Graham's career is marked by his ability to turn visionary ideas into profitable realities.

At Kinesso, he spearheads the company’s global AI initiatives, managing a diverse team of data scientists, AI engineers, product managers, and designers. He is responsible for setting the vision for AI and innovation, developing cutting-edge solutions that transform legacy products, and ensuring that platform architecture supports rapid innovation and scalability.   A standout accomplishment in Graham’s tenure is his leadership in the development and launch of Kinesso’s Generative AI ecosystem. This innovative platform has been made accessible to all employees globally and has quickly become a cornerstone of the company’s operations. Within less than a year, the ecosystem boasts over 6,500 active users across 77 countries, with more than 30,000 prompts submitted monthly. The platform has also facilitated the creation of over a thousand personal AI agents, empowering employees to leverage AI in unprecedented ways to enhance productivity and creativity.  Under his innovation leadership, certain Kinesso products saw a remarkable increase in connected media dollars from $250 million to $1.25 billion within just three years, alongside significant enhancements in user experience and product engagement. His work has not gone unnoticed, earning him accolades such as the DEI Trailblazer Award in 2022 for his efforts in debiasing algorithms and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in AI development.  

Prior to his tenure at Kinesso, Graham held pivotal roles at Reprise Digital and Columbus Agency, where he led global product management and innovation efforts. At Reprise Digital, he was instrumental in expanding the global product footprint and launching new products like the Digital Experience Audit (DXA), which quickly gained traction across 58 countries and became a key tool in over 500 new business pitches annually. His strategic vision and leadership also contributed to winning major digital business pitches for global brands such as LEGO, Unilever, and Nestlé.  An advocate for continuous learning and innovation, Graham has established an annual innovation program at Kinesso called Engine+, which has engaged over 2,000 employees globally and resulted in the incubation of new services and products that are now utilized by blue-chip brands. He is also known for his ability to forge and grow expansive product partnerships, significantly increasing external investments in Kinesso’s products through collaborations with tech giants like Google, Meta, Amazon, and Oracle.  Graham has a strong foundation in both technical and creative disciplines, his multidisciplinary background and global experience make him a thought leader in the AI space, where he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in product innovation and AI-driven solutions.
