Heather Kuhn is Senior Privacy Counsel at BigID, where she advises global enterprises on data governance, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI strategy. A seasoned privacy and technology lawyer, she has led privacy programs for Fortune 200 companies and bridges legal, operational, and technical teams to enable data-driven innovation. Heather also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgia State University, teaching Privacy and Cybersecurity Law, and is a member of the Special Committee on Emerging Technology and AI for the State Bar of Georgia. She is a recognized thought leader in AI governance and cross-functional data strategy.
