As Vice President of Strategic Services: AI, Technology & Transformation at Omnicom Group, Howard is at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency, create competitive advantage, and drive sustainable innovation across one of the world’s largest marketing and communications networks.
He has led numerous AI initiatives that have resulted in industry-defining innovations and strategic first-mover partnerships. Howard established global AI governance frameworks that balance innovation with risk mitigation and continues to oversee enterprise AI initiatives that are generating both revenue and measurable operational impact. Under his leadership, Omnicom has realized over $30 million in annual savings and successfully realigned more than $750 million in global technology budgets.
Prior to his role at Omnicom, Howard held C-level positions in media, technology, and consulting firms, where he spearheaded large-scale digital and operational transformations. A former auditor with Arthur Andersen, he brings a blend of financial discipline, operational rigor, and strategic foresight to every initiative.
