Jae Hahn
Jae Hahn is the Director of AI & Innovation UX at Novartis, where he is pioneering the shift from traditional User Experience (UX) to Relationship Experience (RX) for enterprise AI products; shaping how humans and intelligent systems co-evolve. Currently, he leads the experience design strategy for all AI use cases at Novartis US.
Before joining Novartis, Jae served as the Global Digital Leader Product Design at AECOM where he established the UX function globally. He co-founded an AR/VR startup and is a co-inventor on seven patents related to 3D AI and AR/VR AI. He also has extensive design consulting experience from early in his career. Jae has a degree in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. He is passionate about bridging the gap between rigid technology and fluid human experiences and he advocates for creating solutions that feel less like a tool and more like the future where we are headed.
