Jay Koganti
Jay brings more than 26 years of experience in leading and transforming complex global supply chains. In his current role, he leads Corporate Supply Chain Transformation work for The Estée Lauder Companies, building next-generation capabilities and operating models to support growth and long-term value creation. Over the past 17 years at Estée Lauder, Jay has held multiple leadership positions across transformation and operational roles. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting in New York, focusing on Consumer Business enterprises.
Jay holds a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from India and has completed the General Management Program (GMP) at Harvard Business School.
Having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, and North America, Jay has developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of global supply chain ecosystems and the ability to thrive within diverse cultural environments. His global experience has shaped his belief in the elegance of simplicity amidst complexity, the interdependence of worldwide systems, and the shared essence of diverse cultures and traditions.
Outside of his professional work, Jay is an avid reader with a passion for emerging technologies and ancient wisdom traditions. He enjoys writing about economic foresight, the human side of business transformation, and improving global systems for a more resilient and sustainable future. He practices yoga and Zen meditation as part of his contemplative discipline.
