In this role, Jen is responsible for developing and driving Cisco’s legal strategy for tech innovation, including Intellectual Property (IP), Open Source, Data and AI. In the fields of AI and Data, Jen focuses on building responsible and trustworthy AI and data governance across Cisco’s portfolio of offerings. Prior to Cisco, Jen was at Microsoft where she held several legal leadership roles, including driving legal strategy for Microsoft’s Cloud + AI teams and the IP team. Before joining Microsoft in 2018, she held IP and litigation roles at Apple and Nike, spending the first part of her career in private practice with McDermott, Will & Emery and White & Case. Jen serves on the board of ChIPs, a nonprofit organization focused on advancing and connecting women in technology, law, and policy.
