Jodi Blomberg is the Vice President of AI and Machine Learning (ML) at Cox Automotive, where she sets the long-term strategy for Cox Automotive’s AI/ML function. As a thought leader and innovator with decades of software and machine learning leadership experience, Jodi’s motto is to “always have fun with data.”
She is an experienced AI/ML leader with a track record of creating products that embed data and AI/ML models to create automation, drive revenue and increase growth.
 
Jodi oversees a diverse team of Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/ML experts, working collaboratively to shape the future of automotive technology. Her teams manage a portfolio of AI and ML initiatives spanning early-stage research, proofs of concept, and full product delivery in every business line applying models across the AI "umbrella": machine learning, generative AI, computer vision, statistics, and optimization.

Before joining Cox Automotive, Jodi held various roles in data science and product management, where she honed her skills in AI/ML model deployment, integrating AI/ML into physical processes, and AI governance. She is an Advisory Board Member for The Data Storytellers and is a frequent speaker at industry events and has participated in discussions on AI thought leadership and innovation accelerators.

Jodi holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and a MS in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Denver.
