Lakshman (“Laksh”) Nathan is EVP Chief Information Office at Paramount. Laksh oversees all the Enterprise and End User Solutions which spans across the entire organization. Laksh continues to support the company’s transformation goals by pushing forward a SaaS-first mentality as well as driving for a strong automation program. Prior to Paramount, Laksh spent more than seven years at Aon Hewitt supporting large-scale business outsourcing for Fortune 500 companies. He then moved on to a unique role at CareOne, leading a full-scale technology ERP implementation and ultimately taking over both the shared-service operation and the technology organization. Laksh is a graduate of Columbia University and holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations with a minor in Economics.
