With extensive industry experience, she has led global programs developing data strategy and integrating privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance across both classified and unclassified domains. Mae-Beth is passionate about building trustworthy, compliant, and data-driven frameworks that empower innovation and strengthen enterprise resilience.

Before joining the company, Mae-Beth served as Acting Chief Privacy Officer and AI Governance Lead at Northrop Grumman, where she transformed siloed compliance operations into a unified governance model. In addition to her global privacy portfolio, her leadership supported high-side implementations, and the operationalization of responsible AI practices in alignment with emerging global regulations.

Mae-Beth’s career has consistently emphasized the role of privacy and compliance as strategic business enablers — improving transparency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. She has developed award-winning data strategies, modernized privacy operations through technology integration, and led initiatives to harmonize global privacy processes across jurisdictions and cultures.
