Melissa Crichton
Melissa is the Senior Director of Sales for the Dell AI Solutions team in North America. She leads the team that is responsible for driving the growth of Dell Technologies’ comprehensive AI Portfolio.
Since joining Dell in March 2006, Melissa has worn many hats, excelling in various sales and leadership roles across different segments and product teams. Her journey includes:
- Senior Director of Sales for the Data Center Business NA
- Senior Director of Sales for the Compute Business (East Coast)
- District Sales Manager for Enterprise
- District Sales Manager for UDS
- Senior Sales Rep for Enterprise covering Higher Education and Public Sector Accounts
- Systems Consultant with Dell covering Higher Education accounts
Before her stellar career at Dell, Melissa made her mark in the partner community and served as a Storage Administrator at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
Beyond her professional achievements, Melissa is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters, residing in Norwell, MA. She is passionate about travel, golf, snowboarding, and staying active in her community and church. Melissa is also dedicated to empowering women to advance in their careers.
