Mladen Tošić helps leaders find clarity and momentum in moments of transformation. Over nearly two decades, he has guided global organisations through marketing, commercial, and operating-model transformations — from leading multi-market programmes at Bain & Company to advising executive teams and boards as an independent strategist.
During more than a decade at Bain, he shaped growth and transformation strategies for global consumer, technology, and service businesses, and helped build Bain’s digital marketing practice across EMEA — enabling clients to integrate data, analytics, and creativity at scale. Early in his career at the European Commission, he organised a high-level international conference — bringing together heads of state, European Commissioners, and hundreds of delegates to support the transformation of post-conflict countries in South-Eastern Europe, where his roots lie.
A Cambridge PhD graduate, mentor, and educator, Mladen has trained Bain consultants, lectured at universities, and coached executives on strategy and leadership. In recent years, he co-founded DoReWe, a creative education venture that brings music and performance into schools and communities — reflecting his belief that creativity and human connection are central to transformation.
His latest thought-leadership project, Marketing at the Frontier, brings together interviews with senior business leaders to explore how creativity, technology, and leadership intersect to drive marketing transformation — with the first insights to be shared publicly in 2026. He also writes regularly on these themes, reflecting on how marketing and leadership evolve in the age of AI.
He divides his time between London and the Slovenian Alps, working with clients across Europe.
