Dr. Navid Asgari is the Grose Family Endowed Chair in Business, Associate Professor of Strategy and Technology Management, and Associate Director of the Global Healthcare Innovation Management Center at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in New York City.

Relying on large-sample datasets, his research examines how technological change reshapes firm strategy, structure, and value creation—particularly in the contexts of artificial intelligence, biopharmaceutical innovation, and knowledge flows. Dr. Asgari serves on the Editorial Review Board of Organization Science, the premier INFORMS journal in the field of strategic management. He is also a Visiting Academic at the Institute of Operations Research and Analytics (IORA) at the National University of Singapore and a former Research Fellow at the IBM Watson Research Center.

Dr. Asgari teaches executives and global leaders on AI strategy, innovation management, and organizational transformation, blending academic rigor with practical insight to help organizations navigate technological disruption.
