Sue began her career in San Francisco at Esprit, where she worked as a grader, patternmaker, and early Technical Design pioneer, helping to transform the brand into a global fashion powerhouse. Since then, she has contributed to leading names including Ellesse UK, Geoffrey Beene, Nautica, New Balance, Anne Klein, Talbots, Lands’ End, Carter’s, and Kate Spade, while also playing key roles in multiple successful new brand launches.
