As the Vice President of Direct to Consumer Marketing at BBC Studios, he oversees global marketing for their digital services outside the UK, including BBC.com, the BBC App, BBC Podcasts, and their SVOD service, BBC Select.
Previously, Talis led global customer acquisition and retention for the NBA, managing the NBA's direct-to-consumer streaming service, NBA League Pass, and the NBA App. He also built and led the global performance marketing team at The New York Times, focusing on subscription acquisition for Digital Subscriptions, Home Delivery, Times Crossword, and NYT Cooking. His team was recognized as one of the Top Marketers of the Year by Ad Age and won five Cannes Gold Lions.
