Tamara Sigler leads a cross functional team creating brand defining customer experiences for Capital One.  She cares for the strategy supporting more than 10,000 agents who assist 80M+ customers at Capital One.   Also at Capital One, Tamara ran the credit decisioning platform which changed the way credit applications are accepted, decisioned, and fulfilled. Prior to that, she ran the Center for Machine Learning helping to accelerate the adoption of the technology and mindset across Capital One. Tamara began her career at Capital One in the Corporate Strategy team. As an internal consultant, she worked with many lines of business before focusing on digital products, data, and technology. Annually, Tamara worked directly with the CEO and other key executives to develop the top-of-house company strategy to be delivered to the board of directors.    Tamara is a graduate of Harvard College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a secondary concentration in Psychology. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Northern Virginia.
